4. AGM arranged for Tuesday 24th November @ The Stag Hunt, Ponsanooth from 7.30pm

12 Newbies started this year, too many so need to limit numbers in future, around 1/2 stayed on
Competition group alittle hit and miss with numbers, need confirmation of those attending
Need new tunnel strapping ASAP
To have trailer serviced annually
Winter Training to have Newbies and novice then competition; limit to 5/6 max each group
Pre book & pay 4 weeks in advance, due to increased costs of riding stables
To change July Venue next year, as costs over £600 (compared to £150 for Sticker)
